I’d like to recommend Mr. Jeremy Stigter who taught me Dutch when I first moved to the Netherlands. What I really liked about his teaching style was how conversational it was. He encouraged me to speak from the start, while still clearly explaining the grammar and structure behind the language. That combination made learning Dutch feel natural and practical, not overwhelming. Through his lessons, I also learned a lot about Dutch culture and everyday life, which was incredibly helpful as a newcomer. On top of that, he was very supportive on a personal level during the early, challenging period of settling in. That support meant more to me than he probably realizes.
