My teaching is grounded in real experience. Over two summers, I taught English to young children in Italy, designing every lesson from scratch, and for two years I worked as a Teaching Assistant at Brock University in Canada, supporting university students with academic writing, analysis, and communication. Over the past four years, teaching in two very different settings has made me a more adaptable teacher. Working with young children in Italy taught me how to make learning fun and low-pressure. Supporting university students at Brock taught me how to explain complex ideas clearly. I bring both of those things to every lesson I give.
Every lesson begins with you. I take time to understand your goals, your current level, and how you learn best before we dive in. From there, I tailor each session to what you genuinely need, whether that is building conversational confidence, strengthening your grammar, improving your writing, or simply feeling less anxious when speaking English.
My sessions are structured but never rigid. I draw on real-life examples, everyday scenarios, and natural conversation to make English feel practical and accessible rather than intimidating. Complex concepts are broken down into clear, manageable steps, and every session includes conversation practice, focused exercises, and constructive feedback that explains not just what to improve, but why.
With a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a strong background in research and academic writing, I offer particular depth in written English, essay structure, argumentation, and professional communication. If you are a student, working professional, or preparing for academic study in English, I can offer targeted, high-quality support.
I also speak Italian at a B2 level, which can be a real advantage for Italian-speaking learners.
Lessons are fully remote, flexible, and designed entirely around your schedule and goals. I look forward to working with you!
