I am a research-driven MSc student specializing in stem cell biology, extracellular vesicle (EV)-based therapeutics, regenerative medicine, and translational nanomedicine, with integrated experience in wet lab experimentation, computational biology, and interdisciplinary biomedical research.
My current research focuses on engineering breast milk–derived extracellular vesicles as natural drug delivery systems for targeted colorectal cancer therapy, integrating EV isolation, molecular biology, nanotechnology-based drug loading, and 2D/3D tumor models. In parallel, I work on computational peptide design, immunomodulatory bioinformatics, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations to design next-generation therapeutic strategies.
I have conducted multiple independent thesis projects, industrial stem cell research, and preclinical laboratory training, gaining strong practical exposure to:
• Stem cell isolation, expansion & characterization
• Extracellular vesicle isolation, engineering & functionalization
• 2D & 3D cell culture models
• Flow cytometry, qPCR, confocal microscopy
• Molecular docking & computational vaccine design
• Translational nanomedicine development
