I taught refugee children aged 6-15 english speaking, reading, and writing. I taught classes of around 15 children per session for around 3 years where I created interactive classes to keep them engaged. They learned about the seasons, the alphabet thoroughly, how to maintain conversations fluently in english, and many more basics. Over the course of these 3 years, the children I taught who had no previous understanding of english developed to a point of fluent speaking, reading, and writing. I also took the IB english language and literature course meaning I retain the expertise to teach how to analyse texts, ads, and even music! I am a fluent english speaker of 18 years and I am an adamant writer and reader. I can help expand your vocabulary and capabilities of comprehension of content and underlying meanings in texts. I can help teach basic english, get through homework assignments, prepare for exams, and simplifying the english language as a whole. All in all, my skills and determination will ensure you reach your goal and are satisfied with the progress we create day by day. Since I am a fluent english speaking living in paris, and also have previous experience learning french by taking the IB higher level french course, I can make sure all translations are correct and proper.
