For Spoken English, Environmental Science, Geology, Oceanography, and Social Studies, I focus on concept-based learning, real-world applications, case studies, and critical thinking. For Primary students, I use simple explanations, visual aids, storytelling, and activity-based learning to build strong foundational knowledge.

For Yoga classes, I integrate yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation practices, mindfulness, and wellness education to support physical and mental well-being.

Each session includes lesson objectives, guided learning, interactive activities, feedback, and progress assessment. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment that helps students gain knowledge, confidence, academic success, and lifelong learning skills.
